SmartBanking - A Banking App for ČSOB Clients
SmartBanking is a mobile application developed by ČSOB Slovensko for their clients who have active electronic banking services. The app is available for Android phones and tablets with OS 4.2 and higher, and it can be used in Slovak, English, and Hungarian languages. SmartBanking allows clients to access their accounts, perform transactions, and manage their finances on-the-go.
The app features login through fingerprint on phones with Android OS 6 and above, and it requires identification number and PIN for activation of the secure part. After activation, the app can be accessed using only the PIN. The client can change the PIN at any time via ČSOB Internetbanking 24. The app also offers some public functions without login, available to all users, including non-ČSOB clients.
To ensure high security, the app requires permission to use certain functions and sensors of the device, but it does not manage phone calls, SMS, or contacts. The app is not supported on tablets and some devices with custom solutions that are not certified and supported by the operating system.
